The Arawak Cement Cup 2006 was scheduled to begin on Friday November 10, 2006, however at the request of World Cup Barbados, it has been agreed to begin the series on Friday November 17, 2006 to avoid conflicting with the pitch-testing series at 3W’s Oval.

The Arawak Cement Cup will now begin with series 2 on the original schedule.
