Bridgetown, Barbados, December 8 - (www.bcacricket.org) - Barbados Pride, starting the day on 197 for six off 100 overs, were 225 for nine off 108 overs in reply to a first innings total of 252 all out in 72.2 overs by Leeward Islands Hurricanes in the first session of play on the third day of Round 1 in the Cricket West Indies first-class Day/Night match at 3Ws Oval today.

The not out batsmen were Keon Harding on seven and Chemar Holder, five.

Today, Hayden Walsh Jr, from his overnight seven, was caught by wicket-keeper Devon Thomas off fast bowler Alzarri Joseph for nine (211-7; 102.2 overs).

Tevyn Walcott, who resumed on nine, was leg before wicket by Joseph for 21 (217-8; 102.4 overs).

And Miguel Cummins was bowled by off-spinner Terrance Warde for one (218-9; 103.2 overs).

Yesterday, Shayne Moseley was bowled leg stump on the back foot by one which kept low from Joseph, for 12 (16-1; 11.5 overs).

Shamarh Brooks, forcing a short ball, was caught at second slip by Montcin Hodge off left-arm pacer Sheldon Cottrell for 12 (43-2; 25.1 overs).

Anthony Alleyne, pushing forward, was caught by Thomas off pacer Jeremiah Louis for 36 (112-3; 69.3 overs).

Jonathan Carter was caught at short midwicket by Rajendra Chandrika off Cottrell for 63 (137-4; 77.5 overs).

Aaron Jones was caught down the leg side by Thomas off Joseph for 20 (158-5; 89.3 overs).

And Justin Greaves, pushing outside the off stump, was caught by Thomas off Cottrell for 19 (181-6; 97.1 overs).

Carter batted for 184 minutes, faced 183 balls and struck seven fours. His half-century came in 157 minutes off 162 balls with five boundaries.
