Bridgetown, Barbados, February 3 - (www.bcacricket.org) - Windward Islands Volcanoes beat Barbados Pride by eight wickets - 80 minutes after lunch on the fourth and final day of Round 6 in the regional first-class Championship at Kensington Oval today.

Set 34 to win, Windward Islands scored 34 for two off 10.3 overs.

The not out batsmen were Devon Smith on ten and captain Kirk Edwards, eight.

Taryck Gabriel was stumped by Tevyn Walcott off off-spinner Ashley Nurse for nought (2-1; 2.2 overs).

And Roland Cato, cutting, was caught by Walcott off fast bowler Chemar Holder for 11 (23-2; 8.1 overs).
