Bridgetown, Barbados, March 17 - (www.bcacricket.org) - Barbados Pride were 22 without loss off four overs in reply to a first innings total of 293 all out off 85 overs by Windward Islands Volcanoes at the close of play on the opening day of the seventh round match in the Digicel Regional first-class Championship at Kensington Oval today.

The not out batsmen were left-hander Anthony Alleyne on 13 and Kevin Stoute, eight.

Bowling: Lewis 2-0-10-0 (w1), Shillingford 1-0-4-0, Sebastien 1-0-8-0.

Windward Islands were bowled out 25 minutes before the close of play after winning the toss.

Opener Devon Smith topscored with 103.

Left-hander Smith was at the crease for 266 minutes, received 197 balls and hit 16 fours. He reached his 28th first-class century and 23rd regionally in 264 minutes off 192 balls.

Keddy Lesporis made 59. He batted for 83 minutes, faced 62 balls and struck eight fours and two sixes. His fifty came in 72 minutes off 52 balls and contained eight fours and one six.
