Kingston, Jamaica, January 8 - (www.bcacricket.org) - Barbados were 74 without loss off 19 overs in reply to the Leeward Islands first innings total of 236 all out in 77.5 overs at the close of play on the opening day of their 2010 West Indies Cricket Board first-class championship first round match at Kensington Park here today.
The not out batsmen were Dale Richards on 45 and Jason Haynes, 19.
Richards has struck six fours and one six in receiving 60 balls while left-hander Haynes has two boundaries and a five after facing 57 deliveries with the pair occupying the crease for 72 minutes.

Since tea, the batsmen out were Justin Athanaze (31 – 58 minutes, 55 balls, 4 sixes), Gavin Tonge (32 – 44 minutes, 44 balls, 5 fours, 1 six) and Anthony Martin (nought – 5 minutes, 5 balls).
